Alive and well in Sioux City. IA.  Long, but uneventful day, for a change.  Early on the road, beautiful day.  No wind, sunny, and hot.  The PTC bubble continues to protect us.  No rain.  However; day after tomorrow severe thunderstorms are forecast for the Badlands, which is where we will be.
Today windmills were the big thing.  They are everywhere and can be seen for miles.  At one of our road side stops there was a history and info about the windmills here.  When you see them they look tall, but we had no idea they are 400 feet tall!  Pictures.
